SH SOLAR WATER HEATER
This heater heats water via an evacuated tube and fluid storage system. Tubes are filled with fluid which circulates through an adjoining storage unit. When the sun shines, the fluid warms and transfers heat to a large water-filled tube within the storage unit. This tube directly supplies hot water to those devices to which it is connected.
FEATURES
The evacuated tubes in this system are surrounded by a vacuum tube. This serves as insulation to effectively reduce thermal losses to 5% and also prevent damage in the event of freezing temperature conditions. Also, the storage unit which is attached to the evacuated tubes is well-insulated to ensure that no freezing occurs. This unit also contains an electric heater which can be turned on to increase the rate at which water is heated, or to continue to provide low-cost water heating in the absence of sunlight.
Each evacuated tube operates independently which ensures that an entire solar panel will continue to work even if one tube were to break. Our tubing is made of double-layer polyethylene which is coated with aluminum foil. These materials are seamlessly molded to make them leak-proof.
Each solar heater comes with a color LCD display controller which displays water level and temperature as well as electrical heater status and time. The user can operate automatic alarm, timing and trouble-shooting functions remotely through this controller.
Suits either flat or raised roofs.
